RDS offers sourcing, purchasing, international shipping, customs clearance assistance, and local delivery services. We help you get your items from suppliers to your doorstep quickly and securely.
You can create an account on our website https://rdslogisticsja.com/auth/customer/login. Once registered, you will receive a unique customer ID to use when shipping items to our warehouse.
After registering, you will be provided with your personal RDS shipping address. This address must be used for all incoming packages.
Invoices are required by Customs to determine the value of your shipment and calculate duties and taxes. Packages without invoices may be delayed or held for inspection.
If an invoice is not provided: Your package may be held by Customs Processing will be delayed A small handling or storage fee may be applied To avoid this, please upload your invoice as soon as you receive your tracking number.
Log in to your RDS account, select the package, and use the Upload Invoice button. You may upload a screenshot, PDF, or receipt from the seller.
Delivery times vary based on origin and shipping method, but most packages arrive within: Air freight: 3–4 days after being uploaded You’ll receive updates once your package is processed
